We currently deliver throughout the City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs, and Northern Suburbs. Delivery fees vary by zone. If you are outside these areas, contact us directly as we occasionally arrange special deliveries for bulk orders.
Our standard boxes are curated based on seasonal availability, which keeps costs down and freshness up. However, you can note allergies or strong dislikes, and we will accommodate where possible. Full customisation is available for restaurant accounts.
Email us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery to skip a week. Pauses of up to four weeks are available without affecting your subscription. To cancel entirely, provide one week's notice. No cancellation fees apply to household subscriptions.
It happens rarely, but when it does, we make it right. Send a photo within 24 hours and we will credit your account or include a replacement in your next delivery. Quality issues are how we improve our supply chain.
